Your Opportunity to Develop Skills and Gain Practical Experience Starts Here

As part of the UTAS-Shinas training and Career Guidance’s ongoing commitment to enhancing students’ opportunities for skill development and practical experience during their academic journey, an event titled "Your Opportunity to Develop Skills and Gain Practical Experience Starts Here" was held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, with distinguished participation from AWASER Company.

The event hosted a team from AWASER, represented by Ms. Aisha Al-Washahi and Mr. Ahmed Al-Farsi, both supervisors of indirect sales at the company. The team delivered a detailed presentation on the company’s work procedures and mechanisms, as well as the opportunities available for students to earn additional income while continuing their studies.

The presenters explained that students could join through a user account and password issued by the company, enabling them to work within a structured system that respects their academic schedules. This approach encouraged active engagement from students, who posed numerous questions regarding the registration process and expected responsibilities.

The students demonstrated interest in the opportunities presented, resulting in the signing of 25 employment contracts with both male and female students. These contracts are intended to formalize the professional relationship under clearly defined terms, reflecting the event’s success in achieving its intended objectives.

At the conclusion of the event, the Training and Career Guidance Center expressed its sincere gratitude to AWASER Company for its continued support of such initiatives that open new horizons for students. Special thanks were also extended to Mr. Ahmed Al-Farsi and Ms. Aisha Al-Washahi for their collaboration and impactful contribution in empowering students through real-world experiences.
