Welcome to the Office of the Deputy of the assistant Vice Chancellor for Electronic Systems and Student Services at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Shinas branch. This office operates under the guidance and supervision of both the Deanship of Student Affairs and the Deanship of Admission and Registration.

The Sector of Electronic Systems and Student Services is structured to provide comprehensive support to our university community. It is comprised of four key centers, each with a distinct purpose that contributes to our students’ experience, and together, these centers encompass a total of 13 specialized departments.

Supporting our students is at the core of our mission. We are dedicated to creating an environment where every student feels respected, empowered, and able to succeed both academically and personally. To achieve this, we are focused on strengthening our digital infrastructure and enhancing student services, ensuring seamless, efficient, and student-centered experience on all electronic platforms.
