IT Lecturers hold Innovative Learning - Leveraging AI tools in Education

Information Technology (IT) Department lecturers Mr. Rajesh RK and Mr. Hari Raman held the 2-day workshop on "Innovative Learning - Leveraging AI tools in Education" on 17th and 18th Feb 2025, at A-141 Lab, 12 PM to 2 PM, at the main Building, in UTAS-Shinas Campus.

The trainer used several teaching methods such as hands-on and practical exercises to equip the attendees with the activities to implementation of AI-based solutions in everyday problems like Data Summarization techniques, AI based Image Generation, AI based object detection for inventory systems, etc. The series of sessions ended with Dr. Venkadeshan Ramalingam, Head of the Section- Networking, distributing the certificates of appreciation to the participants.
The Continuous Education and Community Service Department (CECS) organized the said workshop.
