IT Lecturers hold Innovative Learning - Leveraging AI tools in Education workshop

Information Technology (IT) Department lecturers Mr. Rajesh RK and Mr. Hari Raman held a 2-day workshop entitled "Innovative Learning - Leveraging AI tools in Education" on 17th and 18th Feb 2025, at A-141 Lab, from 12 PM to 2 PM, Main Building, UTAS-Shinas Campus.Hands-on activities and practical exercises were given to equip the attendees with the skills to implement AI-based solutions to everyday problems like Data Summarization techniques, AI-based Image Generation, and AI-based object detection for inventory systems. Dr. Venkadeshan Ramalingam, Head of the Section- Networking, distributed the certificates to both speakers and participants at the end of the 2nd day session. The Continuous Education and Community Service Department (CECS) organized the said workshop.
