HANDS-ON TRAINING ON OPTICS: PLAY WITH LIGHT

Community Engagement Committee of Department of Supportive Requirements, conducted a HANDS-ON TRAINING ON OPTICS: PLAY WITH LIGHT, on 19th October 2025. Approximately 20 students from a school (8th and 9th standard) have benefited from the event. They did many experiments related to optics (used convex and concave lenses) and learned about real time application of optics like-Telescope, Microscope, Projector etc. The event lasted about 2 hours (08:00 AM to 10:00 AM). The event would help students to understand real physics around us in our daily life and they be motivated and encouraged to learn the scientific phenomena
