Welcome to the Civil and Architectural Engineering Unit at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Shinas.
The Unit offers Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and Bachelor programs in Civil Engineering. Our goal is to prepare skilled and responsible engineers who have the knowledge and abilities needed to succeed in the areas of Civil and Architectural Engineering.
During their studies, students will build a solid foundation in key areas including structural engineering, construction materials, geotechnics, architectural design, surveying, and environmental engineering. They will also benefit from advanced laboratories, highly qualified and supportive faculty, and a dynamic learning environment that fosters teamwork, creativity, and academic excellence.
The program is structured to develop both theoretical understanding and practical expertise. As the Unit maintains strong connections with industry to provide students with valuable hands-on exposure and real-world learning opportunities
