This program aims to provide high quality education and training in the field of Computer Engineering through advanced courses and equip graduates with knowledge of expanding scientific and engineering technologies. This program will prepare graduates with ample scope for pursuing innovative research and hands-on training to enable lifelong learning and initiate entrepreneurial ventures.

  •  Demonstrate knowledge of evolving architectures in computing systems, design and develop network systems and automation solutions in multidisciplinary platforms.
  •  Analyse and provide solutions to common engineering problems and modern internet based technological issues.
  •  Identify the local and global impact of Computer Engineering problems and provide solutions for individuals, organisations and society.
  •  Identify, formulate, review research literature, and analyse Computer Engineering problems to reach substantiated conclusions.
  •  Use advanced cognitive and technical abilities to undertake professional activities and adopt leadership roles in the field of Computer Engineering.
  •  Demonstrate knowledge of professional, ethical, legal, security and social issues in Computer Engineering and related disciplines.

  •  Students must complete Advanced Diploma in Computer Engineering successfully with CGPA ≥ 2.75 on a scale of 4.
  •  IELTS band Score ≥ 5 or the FDL Mark should be ≥ 71.
  •  Lateral entry of students is governed by UTAS bylaws.
