This degree is designed to prepare graduates for a professional role in HRM. Students will not only investigate the process of HRM but also will work closely with top management in designing and implementing all aspects of employment policies and practices. The program will provide students with the required confidence to work in a highly competitive environment.

 

 

This program aims to:

 

  •  Understand and recognize the modern aspects, trends, and legal requirements in HRM.
  •  Develop their critical, analytical, practical, and intellectual capabilities in the field of HRM.
  •  Apply the concepts and practices of HRM in any organizations.

 

On completion of the program, the student should be able to:

 

  •  Apply industrial relations in the context of the legal, political, and socio-economic framework.
  •  Identify human resource planning techniques that assist in achieving organizational goals.
  •  Recognize the importance of workplace health and safety measures and identify the elements surrounding the work environment and personnel.
  •  Learn the importance of performance management by developing performance appraisal systems appropriate for achieving organizational productivity.
  •  Gain a strategic understanding of HRM systems and how to implement them.
  •  Recognize the significance of applying various theories of career development and succession planning in the context of the organization.
  •  Develop skills by applying counseling, coaching, and mentoring techniques in various situations.
  •  Employing practical, hands-on techniques by connecting data to HR policies and practices to improve overall organizational performance.
  •  Applying the knowledge of HRM in a business real world.
  •  Identify and analyze issues of HRM.
  •  Communicate effectively.
  •  Work independently and in a team.
  •  Maintain professional and ethical responsibility.
  •  Make effective use of available information technologies and information resources.
  •  Work on research projects.

  •  Program and scoring a level GPA of 2.75/04.00.
