The program introduces the students to more details of HRM activities undertaken and provided by organizations to make better use of employees. Students will investigate in detail the processes of modern HRM. The program will prepare graduates to work in private and public sectors.

 

 

This program aims to:

 

  •  Deal with HRM processes that provide and maintain a productive workforce.
  •  Recognize and apply modern computer applications of HRM.
  •  Experience their knowledge in professional settings through practical application.

 

On completion of the program, the student should be able to:

 

  •  Use and apply modern computer applications of HRM in the context of an organization.
  •  Develop skills that reflect respect for human differences at the workplace and support inclusion in an organization.
  •  Apply conflict management and negotiation practices in an organizational context.
  •  Recognize the importance of working in teams that is crucial for organizational success.
  •  Identify and manage talent and carry out the selection process.
  •  Apply HRM principles in the international context.
  •  Recognize theories and practices of workplace psychology to gain insight into employees' psychological behavior within organizations.
  •  Implement training processes and systems for developing human resource.
  •  Analyze issues in HRM logically and creatively.
  •  Maintain and practice with highest codes and ethics.
  •  Communicate effectively.
  •  Make effective use of available information technologies and information resources.

 

  •  Passing all requirements of the UTAS Diploma HRM.
  •  Program and scoring Level GPA of 2.50.4.00.
