Opening of the Student Activities Exhibition at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Sur

The University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Sur, represented by the Student Affairs Center, organized the Student Activities Exhibition in the Sur Hall, under the patronage of Dr. Rashid bin Nasser Al-Matani, Assistant President of the University in the Sur branch, and in the presence of the Deputy Assistant Presidents of the University, the heads of the academic and academic support and administrative departments, the academic and administrative staff, and the university’s employees and students.

The exhibition included a number of corners that reflected the activity of student groups, and their introduction to the Student Affairs Center, which included groups of scientific, social, media, sports, artistic, cultural, theater and plastic arts committees, the English language group, the Qustas group, the Al-Jawalah clan, and others... in addition to student groups affiliated with specializations, including the group Applied biotechnology and information technology group.

Mr. Sultan bin Saif Al-Sarai, Vice President for Electronic Systems and Student Services, said: “The aim of holding the exhibition is to introduce the various student groups at the university, and to demonstrate the various activities and events that it offers during the academic year, in order to attract the talents of new students to participate in the various groups that suit their skills.” So that they can refine it and exploit it in the optimal way.”

It is worth noting that the Student Affairs Center at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Tire always seeks to discover and refine students’ skills, by providing the appropriate environment that ensures the development of students’ talents in various fields, which in turn is reflected in their obtaining advanced achievements at the international and local levels.
