As the Deputy of the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Postgraduate Studies, Scientific Research and Innovation, I oversee and support the development of postgraduate studies, scientific research, innovation, and consultancy activities, with a strong focus on their effective implementation at the branch. My role also encompasses Partnership and Entrepreneurship, as well as Innovation and Technology Transfer.
My responsibilities include supporting postgraduate programs, promoting scientific research, innovation, and entrepreneurship, ensuring compliance with relevant academic policies and regulations, and regularly monitoring progress and achievements across these areas.
I also work to strengthen collaboration and partnerships with academic and research institutions and relevant sectors, support funding opportunities for research and innovation projects, promote knowledge and technology transfer, and coordinate scientific, research, and innovation conferences and events in alignment with the University’s strategic goals.
