The Communications and Media Department is considered one of the important departments in any administrative system or official facility, because it is connected to all internal and external departments, and bears responsibility for the reputation and status of the institution.
From this standpoint, the Department of Communication and Media sought to register its presence at the university, and is doing its role with the utmost effort possible, as everyone shares responsibility for raising the university’s reputation and advancement.
It is a link between the internal and external community of the university, through the use of various communication tools, to contribute to the ongoing development process, Documenting the efforts and achievements achieved by the university in its various centers and departments.
The Department of Communication and Media has many responsibilities, including preparing and organizing various occasions and events, receiving university guests, assuming responsibility for various publications, communicating with external parties, and forming a positive mental image of the university at the media level, taking into account social values and public morals, while establishing human relations among university employees.
This is to achieve the required productivity at work while establishing the principles of ideal dealings among everyone.
The branch administration continues to make a continuous planning effort to be an ideal model in administrative organization with the services it provides, responsibilities, tasks and organizational procedures, in accordance with the university’s vision, goals, plans and organizational structure.
