Dear Student,

• If you have missed the final exam due to health issues / death in family / accident / other reason, please fill out the form and upload a supporting document with a ministry / ROP seal.
• The evidence is very much required for scheduling the Makeup exam.
• The examination committee will conduct the makeup exam for the eligible students.
• You should produce the original supporting document at the time of makeup exam.

Note: For the Makeup exam, an appeal/excuse should be submitted within 3 days from the date of the exam. If the appeal/excuse is submitted after the due date then it will not be considered for the makeup exam as per rules..
