Partnership and Entrepreneurship Department

Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department (EID) was established in August 2020. It was operating as a unit-level since January 2015. The department's mission is to contribute to the development of Oman’s economy through injecting the required skills and knowledge related to Entrepreneurship and Innovation into the university Students.

The department supports the research and development processes; through linking the university research with Oman economic development’s requirements and encourage innovative solutions. The department offers rights protection of the intellectual property (IP) of the university’s researchers and innovations. The department aids the activities of technology transfer processes through its cooperation with the academic departments and external communities.
