It collaborates with Deputy of Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs in the branch to oversee the implementation of academic Sections’ action plans. The section also conducts teaching evaluations, and implement student feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of education.

It facilitates student surveys, focus groups (during internal audits), and feedback mechanisms to capture student perspectives on various aspects of their educational experience.
