The On-the-Job Training (OJT) Department is a vital component of the Training and Career Guidance Center (TCGC). Our primary mission is to bridge the gap between academic education and practical work experience, providing students with invaluable hands-on training opportunities that prepare them for the demands of their chosen careers. We collaborate with a wide range of industry partners to secure training placements that align with students' academic backgrounds and career aspirations. These placements provide real-world experience and exposure to professional environments. Our team tracks the progress of each student, ensuring they are on track and addressing any issues that may hinder their training. We provide continuous support to ensure a smooth and beneficial training experience. We work closely with academic supervisors to ensure that the training aligns with the academic curriculum and provides a holistic learning experience. The OJT Department is committed to providing high-quality training experiences that equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their careers.
