Communication and Media Department

Communication and Media Department is responsible for building a positive and integrated image of the university both internally and externally. It achieves this through the development and implementation of annual media plans that reflect the university's activities and programs, while highlighting its visual identity in line with a comprehensive media vision. The department manages all types of media content—written, audio, and visual—including the design and production of publications, supervision of the university’s website and social media platforms, and the drafting of press releases, bulletins, and other materials.

It also provides full media coverage of university events and activities, coordinates media and marketing campaigns, and liaises with media outlets and journalists to ensure that official messages are delivered with accuracy and professionalism. In addition, the department monitors all media coverage related to the university and responds appropriately to protect its reputation. It also fosters internal communication to enhance institutional loyalty among staff and contributes to media crisis management when needed.

The department operates through three specialized sections:

  1. Digital Communication Section, which manages the university’s digital presence and builds relationships with influential platforms;
  2. Media Section, which handles editorial content, event coverage, and coordination with official entities;
  3. Creative Content Section, which oversees the university’s visual identity and produces designs, publications, and artistic materials that reflect the university’s mission and brand.
