Oman Vision 2040 Implementation follow-Up Office is responsible for aligning the university’s plans, programs, and projects with the objectives of Oman Vision 2040. It actively participates in programming and strategic planning, continuously reviews and updates the university’s strategic plans to meet vision targets, and develops performance indicators and quality standards for services in line with the vision. The office monitors all university efforts and directives related to achieving the vision, ensures the quality and progress of strategic initiatives, and verifies the effectiveness of improvement plans. It coordinates closely with relevant departments to implement and follow up on strategic programs and projects, provides periodic reports to senior management, and proposes solutions to overcome implementation challenges. The office also facilitates effective partnerships among all stakeholders involved, ensures the quality of project completion documentation, promotes awareness of Vision 2040 among university staff, and supports continuous service improvement. Additionally, it oversees communication plans related to the vision in coordination with the communications department, ensuring the university’s contribution to Oman Vision 2040 is effectively realized and reported.
