Experiential Learning Workshop

The CEBA Muscat branch organized a workshop on “Experiential learning workshop”. This workshop was presented by Dr Imran Hamed Khan and Dr Mohsin Aziz, HRM section, Muscat Branch. The main theme of this workshop is to encourage all the faculties to have a good knowledge on experiential learning. The Venue, Date and Time of the workshop is on the 7thth of February 2023, 10 AM to 12 PM at BS32.

Objective:

• To introduce the concept of Experiential Learning
• To experience an Experiential Learning activity
• To explore how to use Experiential Learning as a teaching method

Program:

The Workshop started as per program with 12 participants

 After the introduction, there was a lecture on Experiential Learning followed by an activity. The participants then underwent all the five stages of Experiential Learning. The workshop concluded with a review of the stages and its application in our teaching process.

 The workshop finished with a Journal feedback by the participants at 12:00 noon.

To conclude, Dr Imran Hamed Khan & Dr Mohsin Aziz conducted the workshop in a positive way, doubts were raised by the faculties and clarified. This workshop definitely brings a good knowledge to the faculties about the experiential learning and to practice in future.
