Links for Mid Make-up Exam Application (Sem 2, 2022-23)

Dear Engineering Students,

Kindly use the links below to request for make-up of the Mid Sem Examination SEM 2 2022-23.

The requests will be considered only if the following criteria are satisfied:
 I. Requests must be submitted within 3 working days from the date of that particular mid exam. 
II. Reason should be specific with necessary Proofs.
 

Necessary Proofs (any of these documents):
a) Sick leave with MOH seal required (Except ministry hospitals),
b) Incident report if sick during exam. (Collect the report from Assessment Committee Head Ms. Fatma Al Zadjali (CAE section), Mr. Albert Parasanna Kumar (EEE section) or    Dr.Hafiz Zafar Sharif (MIE section).
c) Accident Report - outside the college during exam timings.
ROP report required, No Photos will be accepted)
d) Participation in any events like sports, workshops, conferences and cultural activities etc.,
(Mail from concerned In-charges - Deanship / Student Affairs)
e) Condolence in family. (Death certificate required)
f) If the students appeared in Mid Exam then they are not eligible for make-up exam.
