Applied Sciences Department - Final Make-up Exam Application Form

Dear Students,

If you have missed the final exam due to health issues or other problems, please complete the form (Link: https://forms.office.com/r/D00E3bxGGW) and upload the sick leave certificate or any valid proof. In addition, you should submit the original evidence to the examination committee (M-119).

The Student Examination Rule

“Student missing the final exam has to file an Appeal for the Make-up Exam with the Examination Committee within Three days from the date of the missed exam along with valid evidence.”

على الطلبة المتغيبين عن الاختبار تقديم طلب إعادة االختبار إلى لجنة الاختبارات خلال ثلاثة أيام من تاريخ الاختبار المتغيب عنه الطالب مشفوعا بالمستندات المؤيده.
