The Research and Consultations Department (RCD) at UTAS-Muscat serves as a cornerstone for advancing knowledge creation by research. RCD aligns its mission with Oman Vision 2040 by driving impactful research and delivering expert consultations that address national and global challenges.

Through collaborative research projects, policy studies, and consultancy services, we aim to transform ideas into actionable solutions that contribute to sustainable development and economic diversification.
