Human Resources Department
The Human Resources Department is responsible for preparing an annual working plan, following up on its implementation, and submitting reports on achievements. It implements legislations, laws, regulations, and decisions related to employee affairs, and handles promotions, bonuses, leaves, service termination, scholarships for study abroad, and training. The department plans human needs, takes measures to create a human cadre, manages appointments, transfers, delegations, and secondments according to applicable regulations, and supervises the implementation of human resources systems.
It assesses job performance, reviews and approves annual and five-year training and qualification plans, follows up on committee activities, and implements their decisions. The department handles job arrangement and classification, plans the optimal use of human resources, establishes benchmarks for balanced employee distribution, prepares studies related to training and qualification, provides data and statistics on human cadres, prepares certificates of experience, creates partnerships with training centers, proposes professional development programs, contributes to improving services, and performs any other duties within its area of competence.
