Training and Qualification Department

The Training and Qualification Section prepares an annual working plan, follows up on its implementation, and submits reports on achievements. It reviews and approves annual and five-year training and qualification plans, supports partnerships with training centers, prepares studies related to training and qualification, creates and updates databases of employee training, handles nomination requests for scholarships and training programs, organizes training programs, workshops, seminars, and conferences, measures training return, examines requests for unapproved training programs, prepares decisions for sending employees to training and study leaves, reviews invoices for training programs, assesses trainee performance, examines training offers, participates in committee activities, follows up on employees studying abroad, and performs any other duties within its area of competence.
