The Personnel Section prepares an annual working plan, follows up on its implementation, and submits reports on achievements. It supervises the implementation of human resources systems, updates them periodically, assesses job performance, and takes measures to create the human cadre. The section participates in committee activities, examines requests for appointments, promotions, transfers, delegations, secondments, bonuses, and overtime pay, and issues related decisions.
It prepares certificates of experience, handles leaves, service termination, retirement, post-service rights, and official missions, follows up on employee attendance, manages employee clearance, implements committee decisions, prepares annual leave programs, keeps decisions in employee files, completes employment contract procedures, and performs any other duties within its area of competence.
