The Administrative Affairs Center is responsible for preparing an annual working plan, following up on its implementation, and submitting reports on achievements. It organizes and follows up on the daily movement of vehicles for the University's presidency according to work needs and powers granted. The department ensures the provision of communications, electricity, water, maintenance, and gardening services in coordination with the University's competent entities, ensuring their quality. It participates in providing office equipment, stationery, and other work requirements in coordination with the Financial Affairs Department. Additionally, the department is involved in the procedures related to the purchase, rental, sale, and lease of governmental movables, and in requesting quotations, negotiating with companies, and inviting tenders for office equipment and tools.
It exercises general supervision of the University's stores, participates in the annual inventory and public auction, coordinates with competent entities to ensure the safety of facilities, assets, and services, and develops employee welfare aspects. The department handles travel visas, business and residence cards, makes reservations for employees on official missions, carries out customs clearance processes, proposes professional development programs, and contributes to improving services. It performs any other duties within its area of competence.
