Career Planning and Management Department

The Career Planning and Management Section prepares an annual working plan, follows up on its implementation, and submits reports on achievements. It plans human needs for various University divisions, handles job arrangement and classification, prepares the budget for vacant and filled jobs, participates in committee activities, provides data and statistics on human cadres, plans career paths for employees, prepares and updates the University's organizational structure, plans the optimal use of human resources, establishes benchmarks for balanced employee distribution, expresses opinions on the annual job budget, and performs any other duties within its area of competence.
