Partnership and Entrepreneurship Department Collaborates with PRIME Project for Skill Enhancement

UTAS-Nizwa. In a strategic move to bridge the gap between academia and industry, the Partnership and Entrepreneurship Department, led by Ms. Fatma Al Ghafri, recently organized a dynamic workshop focused on Online Business. This initiative was carried out in collaboration with the Marketing Section under the PRIME Project, a groundbreaking endeavor aimed at enhancing the skills of marketing specialization students.

The workshop, held at the prestigious Jireen Hall, UTAS South Campus, attracted a diverse group of 40 students, including 30 participants from the PRIME project training program. The event was facilitated by Mr. Alnadher Al Rawahi, a seasoned expert in the field of online business.

Mr. Al Rawahi's expertise provided students with invaluable insights, augmenting their classroom knowledge with real-world experiences. The workshop not only equipped participants with a deeper understanding of online business strategies but also afforded them the unique opportunity to engage directly with an industry expert.

The interactive session proved to be a crucial supplement to the students' academic curriculum, fostering a dynamic learning environment where theoretical concepts seamlessly merged with practical applications. The engagement with Mr. Al Rawahi allowed students to pose questions, share experiences, and gain a firsthand understanding of the rapidly evolving landscape of online entrepreneurship.

Ms. Fatma Al Ghafri, expressing her satisfaction with the workshop, emphasized the department's commitment to preparing students for the challenges of the modern business world. She stated, "This collaboration with the PRIME Project aligns with our vision of nurturing a new generation of entrepreneurs who are not only well-versed in theoretical concepts but are also equipped with the practical skills required to thrive in the competitive online business arena."

As the curtains closed on the workshop, the palpable sense of enthusiasm among the participants was a testament to the success of this collaborative initiative. The event underscored UTAS's dedication to providing students with a holistic education that extends beyond the classroom, preparing them to excel as innovative and informed professionals in the ever-evolving landscape of online business.
