The Entrepreneurship and Industrial Relations Centre is responsible for contributing to the preparation of the University's Strategic Plan. It prepares an annual working plan for the Centre, follows up on its implementation, and submits reports on achievements. The Centre ensures the application of quality standards in its divisions and proposes their development. It supervises and follows up on the implementation of operational plans for the Entrepreneurship and Industrial Relations Sections at branches, colleges, and academies. The Centre provides an innovative environment to develop entrepreneurship and foster industrial relations with production sectors. It follows up on the application of rules and regulations related to entrepreneurship and cooperation with industrial sectors, considers proposals in line with national priorities, and prepares related reports.
The Centre supervises the sustainability and diversification of funding sources to achieve the objectives of the University's Strategic Plan. It builds a database for partnerships with public and private sectors regarding entrepreneurship and industrial relations, promotes effective partnerships with research and development sectors in universities and industrial sector institutions locally and internationally, and supervises the formation of various committees related to entrepreneurship and industrial relations.
The Centre develops performance indicators to raise the efficiency of divisions related to entrepreneurship and strengthen their connection with business and industry sectors. It proposes and implements professional development programs for its employees in coordination with competent entities, contributes to improving services provided, and undertakes any other duties within its competence.
