Postgraduate Programs Academic Follow-up Department

The Postgraduate Programs Academic Follow-up Section prepares an annual working plan, follows up on its implementation, and submits reports on achievements. It supervises the introduction of the summer semester at the University's branches and colleges, oversees the academic audit process, and submits proposals related to the amendment of academic regulations. The section prepares the academic calendar, ensures compliance, supervises the standardization of systems in academic programs with competent entities, and prepares studies on student performance to track their levels. It follows up on the implementation of policies and procedures related to scientific integrity, proposes policies and procedures for licensing requirements, and follows up on obtaining licenses for academic programs. The section proposes plans to obtain licenses and accreditation for programs in coordination with concerned entities, communicates and cooperates with local, regional, and global bodies in the area of accreditation, proposes and implements professional development programs for its employees in coordination with competent entities, and undertakes any other duties within its competence.
