Consultation Department

The Consultation Department within the Deanship contributes to preparing the University's Strategic Plan and prepares an annual working plan, following up on its implementation and submitting reports on achievements. It ensures the application of quality standards in its work and proposes their development. The section supervises the development of executive plans for consultations and their programs at the University, directing them to serve economic development and sustainable development objectives. It promotes consultations in sectors supporting economic diversification, makes the University's consulting capabilities known, and raises awareness about consulting activities. The section develops knowledge and consulting investment, directing it according to sectors of national priorities and their approved indicators.

It develops performance indicators to raise the efficiency of consulting services at the University and monitors them in annual reports. The section prepares reports and statistics related to annual consulting services, prepares databases related to consulting services, proposes and implements professional development programs for its employees in coordination with competent entities, and undertakes any other duties within its competence.
