ITD Action plan Preparation Workshop

The PDC in coordination with QAD conducted a workshop on ITD Action Plan Preparation. The resource person of the workshop was Dr. Aruna Kumar Kavuru the ITD QAD Coordinator. The workshop was planned from the beginning of the semester and finally came to fruition on 1st October 2024. The workshop was well planned and executed by the Department Head Ms. Suad Al Riyami who made it mandatory for all staff to participate and contribute to the development of department's Action plan.
All staff attended and were grouped into four teams according to the strategic plan goals. Dr. Arun explained the entire transition from the University's Strategic Plan to the Department’s Action Plan. He also showed the forms that needed to be filled in order to complete the task. After the brief presentation the staff gathered in their respective teams and started the discussion and formation of the Action Plan.
The workshop went on till 12.00 pm and a fruitful completion was observed. The workshop was coordinated by Ms. Sonia Soans.
