Quality Assurance Department

 

This department is administratively affiliated with the Office of the Assistant Vice-Chancellor at the Branch. It plays a pivotal role in coordinating all the work of AVC’s office

It has multiple responsibilities and tasks, most notably, are as follows:

 

  •  Organizes all topics and reports submitted to Office of the Assistant Vice-Chancellor at the Branch, following up implementation of all such tasks through responses from relevant parties.
  •  Performs printing and photocopying of topics related to the department.
  •  Organizes appointments and interviews for the Assistant Vice-Chancellor at the Branch
  •  Responds to all incoming calls to the Office of the Assistant Vice-Chancellor at the Branch
  •  Organizes and coordinates the work of the Branch Council meetings and follows up on the implementation of the instructions contained in the minutes of its meetings.
  •  Tracks the progress of correspondence and demands received via email and responds to the relevant parties as directed by the Assistant Vice-Chancellor at the Branch.
