The program featured parallel sessions led by faculty members, who provided valuable insights into the academic and administrative aspects of university life.

Ms. Fathima, Mr. Maadh, and Mr. Ahmed AlGhazali, lecturers at CEBA, were the facilitators for the sessions. Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Maadh guided the students through the various specialization courses offered within the department, including Accounting, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain and Logistics Management, and Tourism and Hospitality Management. They also discussed important topics such as eligibility criteria for advancing to higher levels, the degree audit, assessment methods, grading system, and GPA calculation.

In her session, Ms. Fathima explained the general rules and guidelines of both the university and the department. She introduced students to essential online resources, including the college website, college email, e-learning platforms, ProQuest, and the registration website. Ms. Fathima also provided critical information about exam procedures, prerequisites for undertaking On-the-Job Training (OJT), the processes for course drop and postponement, and the role of the Business Club in student development.

The induction program concluded with an emphasis on the importance of extracurricular activities.
