Partnership & Entrepreneurship HOD

Entrepreneurship is a fundamental driver of change and prosperity, a key pillar for promoting economic growth and achieving the Sultanate of Oman’s vision for sustainable development in any society. It is not merely about creating new companies; it is a comprehensive strategy aimed at innovation, job creation, and enhancing competitiveness in Oman.

Through its Department of Partnerships and Entrepreneurship, the University of Technology and Applied Sciences seeks to empower students by equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to develop and nurture their business ideas. This is achieved by offering a variety of courses and specialized programs in entrepreneurship, as well as providing business incubators that support students' entrepreneurial ideas and help turn them into tangible realities by offering the necessary knowledge and resources to launch their business projects. This prepares potential entrepreneurs among students to enter the business world with confidence and competence.

The university’s focus on intellectual and knowledge capital fosters a fertile environment for ideas and innovation, highlighting potential entrepreneurs among students and enabling their confident and competent entry into the business realm. In this context, we emphasize the importance of collaboration and partnership with various entities to expand the horizons of entrepreneurship and enhance its culture within the community.
