CMD HOSThe Communication and Media Department plays a pivotal role in shaping and managing both internal and external communications within the university. It spearheads critical functions that influence the institution’s public image and ensure smooth internal coordination. These responsibilities include overseeing marketing campaigns, developing advertising strategies, managing social media platforms, and engaging proactively with the media.


Collaboration lies at the heart of the department’s operations. It works in tandem with marketing, public relations, and academic affairs to ensure that the university’s communication strategy is fully aligned with its broader institutional goals.
In addition, the department is responsible for content creation and relationship management. This includes crafting and distributing key messages, maintaining media relations, supervising graphic design, and producing multimedia content. Through these efforts, the department builds stakeholder trust, enhances engagement both within the university and in the wider community, and reinforces the university’s brand identity and reputation.
