
One of the strategic missions of this Office is to develop
the quality of teaching and learning in our undergraduate programs in the
fields of Engineering, Information Technology and Business Studies. Hence, we
take the overall responsibility for the administration of all curriculum issues
at the College level as well as managing the academic affairs towards achieving
the College mission of preparing globally competent and socially responsible
graduates by providing high quality education. In today’s world, I believe that
change is everywhere and the only one constant we can count on. In addition to
the currently offered programs, a plan to expand our program offerings to
provide the opportunities and skills to meet the challenges of the fast-paced
industry in the Sultanate of Oman is in place.
I have personally observed from afar that this College has
expanded greatly in the past years in terms of resources, staffing and
students. We are highly proud of the commitment of our faculty members,
non-academic staff, and administrators towards the continuous quality
improvement of our services and resources. It is known that our graduates are
highly sought after for employment in the public and private sectors in the
region.
