ورشة تعريفية حول منظومة العمل الحر ومنصات “خطى” و“توطين” بمسندم للموظفين

Introductory Workshop on the Freelance Work System and Khutwa & Tawteen Platforms in Musandam for Employees

استمرارًا لجهود جامعة التقنية والعلوم التطبيقية بمسندم في تعزيز التوعية بالمبادرات الوطنية نظم البرنامج الوطني للتشغيل بالتعاون مع جامعة التقنية والعلوم التطبيقية بمسندم ورشة تعريفية تناولت ثلاثة محاور رئيسية: منظومة العمل الحر، منصة “خطى” للإرشاد المهني، ومنصة “توطين”، وذلك في الحرم الجامعي. خُصصت الورشة لموظفي المؤسسات الحكومية والخاصة والفرق التطوعية، وشهدت حضور ممثلين من أكثر من خمس عشرة مؤسسة، بهدف تعزيز التعاون بين مختلف القطاعات وتوضيح دور هذه المبادرات في دعم التوظيف وريادة الأعمال. وتأتي هذه الفعالية ضمن جهود البرنامج الوطني للتشغيل لخلق آفاق جديدة أمام الشباب والكوادر الوطنية، وبناء جيل واعٍ ومؤهل للمساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في السلطنة. 

Continuing the efforts of the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Musandam to raise awareness about national initiatives, the National Employment Program, in collaboration with the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Musandam, organized an introductory workshop covering three main areas: the freelance work system, the “Khutwa” career guidance platform, and the “Tawteen” platform, held on the university campus. 

The workshop was dedicated to employees of governmental and private institutions as well as volunteer teams, with representatives from more than fifteen institutions in attendance. The aim was to strengthen collaboration between different sectors and clarify the role of these initiatives in supporting employment and entrepreneurship. 

This event is part of the National Employment Program’s efforts to create new opportunities for youth and national cadres, and to build an aware and qualified generation capable of contributing to sustainable development in the Sultanate.
