The Quality Assurance Section is dedicated to ensuring high-quality services at the university by implementing standards, monitoring performance, and continuously improving educational, research, and administrative processes.

 

Our key responsibilities include:

•Strategic Plan Implementation: Ensuring initiatives align with the university's mission and vision.

•Advising on Projects: Supporting projects that contribute to the university's strategic goals.

•Promoting Quality Assurance Awareness: Organizing seminars and workshops to educate staff on quality assurance standards and practices.

•Overseeing the Quality Cycle: Managing self-assessment practices to maintain and enhance institutional standards.

•Evaluating Processes and KPIs: Monitoring systems and key performance indicators to drive continuous quality improvement.

•Supporting Council Assignments: Performing additional tasks as assigned by the UTAS-Musandam Council.

 

Through these responsibilities, we strive to foster a culture of quality and excellence across all university operations.
