The Coordination and Follow-up Department manages and streamlines communication processes within the Office of the Assistant to the President. Our responsibilities range from organizing the assistant's schedule to coordinating with sub-offices to ensure all activities' smooth alignment and operation.

 

As the central hub for communication, the department plays a vital role in managing correspondence, arranging meetings, and serving as the primary point of contact between various departments. Additionally, we focus on improving and enhancing procedures for handling official communications through the "Asas" program, which facilitates the management and tracking of official correspondence across departments. This system ensures timely responses and accurate follow-ups.

 

By effectively overseeing these coordination activities, the Coordination and Follow-up Department supports achieving organizational goals while fostering enhanced internal communication and team collaboration.
