Workshop: "Kidney Health for All: Caring for People, Protecting the Planet"

ضمن جهود جامعة التقنية والعلوم التطبيقية بمسندم في تعزيز الوعي الصحي، أُقيمت ورشة بعنوان “صحة الكلى للجميع: رعاية الناس وحماية الكوكب” قدّمتها جواهر بنت راشد بن سعيد الشحي مشرفة التمريض بوحدة طب الكلى بخصب، حيث تناولت أهمية المحافظة على صحة الكلى، ونشر الوعي بالعادات الصحية السليمة، ودور الفرد في تعزيز جودة الحياة والوقاية من الأمراض

"As part of the University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS) - Musandam’s commitment to promoting health awareness, the university organized a workshop titled "Kidney Health for All: Caring for People, Protecting the Planet." The workshop was presented by Ms. Jawaher bint Rashid bin Said Al Shehhi, Nursing Supervisor at the Khasab Kidney Dialysis Unit. During the session, she highlighted the vital importance of kidney health and emphasized the need to raise awareness about healthy lifestyle habits. The workshop also explored the individual's role in enhancing the overall quality of life and preventing chronic diseases. This initiative reflects the university's ongoing efforts to engage with health experts and provide students and staff with the knowledge necessary to maintain a healthy and sustainable lifestyle."
