On-the-Job Training Department

The On-the-Job Training Department contributes to preparing and implementing the University's plans related to on-the-job training, supervising the enforcement and development of relevant rules, regulations, and policies. It identifies financial needs and suitable training opportunities, prepares awareness programs for eligible students, follows up on student training and program assessments, develops electronic systems for training, organizes training workshops, prepares annual reports, and proposes professional development programs for its employees.
