The Information Systems and Educational Technologies Centre is responsible for participating in the preparation and implementation of the University's plans related to its operations. This includes supervising the enforcement and proposing the development of rules, regulations, and policies in coordination with concerned sections. The Centre manages and develops software and computerized systems, ensuring their permanent maintenance in collaboration with various University divisions. It prepares plans and budgets for technical and technological projects, follows up on their implementation to ensure quality, and develops and manages the University's website while providing technical support.
The Centre also oversees electronic licenses via a unified database, maintains technical collections, develops and assesses e-learning platforms, and updates central databases while ensuring their confidentiality. Additionally, it provides electronic resources to University facilities, supervises their maintenance, protects and monitors the University's network, prepares annual reports on achievements and challenges, proposes professional development programs for its employees, and contributes to improving services. The Centre performs any other duties within its area of competence.
