Systems Development and Technical Support Department

The Systems Development and Support Section is responsible for participating in the preparation and implementation of the University's plans related to its operations. This includes supervising the enforcement and proposing the development of rules, regulations, and policies in coordination with concerned sections. The section coordinates with the University's divisions to develop and link information systems, ensuring secure and efficient communication. It continuously updates systems and software, organizes secure databases, and uses programming languages to enhance system efficiency. Additionally, the section prepares user manuals, provides technical supervision, prepares annual reports on achievements and challenges, and proposes professional development programs for its employees.
