The Training and Career Guidance Centre at the branch participates in preparing and implementing the University's plans, ensuring the enforcement and development of relevant rules, regulations, and policies in coordination with concerned sections. It follows up on student training and assesses the training programs they participate in, providing information about career opportunities and necessary skills for the labor market. The Centre identifies training needs to develop student skills, organizes career fairs in collaboration with internal and external entities, and tracks graduates' career opportunities to inform students and develop programs.
It holds workshops to enhance job-related skills, prepares and submits the financial plan for approval, supervises communication with training-related entities, and prepares annual reports on achievements and challenges. Additionally, the Centre proposes professional development programs for its employees, contributes to developing electronic systems for on-the-job training, and works on improving the services provided. It also performs any other duties within its area of competence.
