Transfer Students Regulations

All students at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences can apply for a transfer from one branch to another within the same academic program or specialization. Transfer requests are not allowed in the following cases:
1- Students accepted into unique programs or specializations that are only offered at one branch (e.g., College of Education in Rustaq).
2- Students who have previously applied for a transfer and received approval from the relevant transfer committee.
Transfer applications are submitted according to an announcement by the Deanship of Admissions and Registration during the sixth week of each academic semester. Applications must be submitted through the designated electronic screen during the specified period. No paper applications will be accepted outside the electronic transfer system or after the transfer period has ended. The attachment should be a single file containing all documents in PDF format. No additional documents will be accepted after the electronic submission.
