On Job Training

The university branches offer on-the-job training and promote communication and partnerships with public and private sectors. Their responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and implementing training and career guidance plans.
  • Enforcing and developing training and career guidance policies.
  • Utilizing and improving electronic systems for on-the-job training.
  • Aligning career opportunities with labor market skills and educating students.
  • Organizing career opportunity exhibitions.
  • Developing mechanisms to track graduates and report findings.
  • Identifying financial needs and training opportunities for students.
  • Addressing training and career guidance challenges and proposing solutions.
  • Enhancing labor market skills and organizing training workshops.
  • Preparing annual reports, identifying challenges, and proposing development plans.
  • Implementing professional development programs for staff.
  • Performing other related duties.
