- Utilizing and improving electronic systems for on-the-job training.
- Aligning career opportunities with labor market skills and educating students.
- Organizing career opportunity exhibitions.
- Developing mechanisms to track graduates and report findings.
- Identifying financial needs and training opportunities for students.
- Addressing training and career guidance challenges and proposing solutions.
- Enhancing labor market skills and organizing training workshops.
- Preparing annual reports, identifying challenges, and proposing development plans.
- Implementing professional development programs for staff.
- Performing other related duties.
