Workshop on “Keeping Students Engaged During Online Classes”

The Mass Communication Department at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS) – Salalah organized an online workshop titled “Keeping Students Engaged During Online Classes” on Wednesday, 30 September 2026, via Microsoft Teams. The workshop was conducted by Dr. Samskrati Gulvady from the Mass Communication Department for faculty members.

The workshop focused on practical strategies to keep students attentive, engaged, and motivated during online classes. Participants also shared their experiences and ideas on effective teaching practices that can enhance student interaction and participation in the online learning environment.
