Korean Cuisine in ELC

On Tuesday 16th May 2023, Mr. Eunsung Choi and Ms. Yoon from the Korean Global Training Institute organized a delicious educational session for the Korean Club members. It was a day of Korean cuisine's cultural experience. About 25 members of the club tasted various dishes and learned how to make them, such as Kimbap (Korean sushi). Mr. Eunsung Choi, the organizer, brought a Korean chef to share his knowledge and skills. The chef showed the students how to prepare the ingredients and roll the kimbap, and then let them try it themselves. The students enjoyed the food and the fun and gained a new appreciation for international cuisine.
