hr-HodThe Administrative Affairs Department is one of the vital administrative departments at the university, considering the services it provides to the university branch. The department contributes to enhancing the general appearance and the necessary facilities of the institution, as well as providing administrative services to the branch’s affiliates.

 

The department carries out its duties and responsibilities through:

  •  Stores
  •   Transportation
  •  Staff Housing
  •  Contracts and Services (cleaning, general maintenance, HVAC maintenance, landscaping, safety and security services)
  •  Health, Safety, and Risk Management Committee
  •  Other Services (catering, visa services, employee access card system, CCTV system, hall reservations and event management)
  •  Additional Services (staff welfare and promotional offers)
